I'm a Communications and Media Arts major at the University of St. Francis in Joliet Illinois. My Concentration is in Public Relations Advertising and Journalism

​

I'm proficient in writing, I'm a good public speaker and I have graphic design skill as well. I am Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office Suite proficient. I use Photoshop and Illustrator daily for my classes and internship.

Work experience

I've been working as a math and reading tutor since high school at Kumon Math and Reading Center in Shorewood. I work with kids from kindergarten through middle school. I run my own section of the tutoring center where I have my own students, ages 3-7.

 

I work at Three Rivers Church in Plainfield as the Head of Junior High Ministry. As head of junior high ministries it my job to plan and run the weekly youth group and Sunday school classes. At Three Rivers Church we provide a welcoming environment for students to make friends and build their relationships with God. I plan biblical lessons, relevant topics, engaging games, and worshipful live music. I also lead a group of eight adult volunteers who help facilitate the youth group evenings.

I interned at the Joliet Park District. I worked in their communications department during my final semester at USF. I worked mostly on promotion for the Taste of Joliet, which is a massive concert event where famous acts preform in front of thousands of people. I designed ads for the event and worked backstage.
